I'm facing a problem these days, whenever I meet a client and he ask me So what do you do?
I said I'm a user experience consultant
he said What ??? What does that mean ?
well the answer of this question is not so easy, not every one understand the answer, so I hope I could explain more what is user experience in this post.
The short answer is. It is the ability to let a web site or a web app a pleasure for users to use.
The long answer is. User experience consists of many factors.
