I've been re-organizing my work page today, I passed by really old web sites I've done through my life, it's really fun to check old work and laugh.
At the beginning of my career I was doing flash sites only, that's all what I could do these days, it was early days of the release of Flash 5 and every body was talking about it, ofcourse I was thinking that Flash is better than HTML sites and that HTML sites was going to disappear in few years :))
I have worked with flash since 99 but unfortunately I lost those very old sites, the oldest one I have here, is point studios first version, released 2003 according to Way back machine.
Now don't be shy and show us your oldest site, comment it below.

Have any one noticed the new redesign of stopdesign it's there since 22 Jan but I didn't noticed it until yesterday, I don't know how, it looks like I'm alot outdated, and I have to refocus again.
I've been thinking to redesign point also to look more personal but unfortunately didn't have much time lately.
I'd like to inform you also that I'm now working at B comad starting from yesterday, it's a new advertising agency in Egypt, but it has 2 old branches in Kuwait & Dubai, I like the work environment so much, and the creative director is great.
Here is our first day there, we have to pass by the process of emptying our heads and refilling it with there Blue thoughts. I'm the one with the big blue head, if you see me in the streets this days don't be shocked by the blue head I got now :))
Unfortonatley I didn't like there blue thoughts so much, and I couldn't afford to live directed by a creative director more than one week, yes he is awesome, but web principles are alot diffirent, can't be considered as a magazine Ad.

I tried to google my name today, "Abdelrahman Osama" wrapped in double quotations as shown, I was thrilled by the number of results I got, I got 16 pages all related to me, some results doesn't relate to me ofcourse but if you combine them maybe they'll form 2 pages of the 16.
It shows all my History all my previous comments on other blogs all my accounts on different sites like Facebook, LinkedIn etc.. , Why don't you try to google your name now, and add a comment by the link of the googling.

I was always very excited and impressed about Google's logo and the way it's reshaped in holidays and events it's known as the oodles of Google Doodles take a look at there online museum it's fantastic, and I always wondered who's behind those fantastic pieces of art, today I saw through Reddit a link to a CNN article titled Google's unknown artist has huge following speaking about the artist named Dennis Hwang who's behind all this cools stuff since year 2000, I also found this page about him through there holiday logos online museum.
Hwang said his favorite was the birthday series honoring Michelangelo, Picasso, Van Gogh and other famous artists. CNN - Google's unknown artist has huge following
So those are the artist favorites and those shown are mine, what about yours?

Yesterday Rida Al Barazi told me about PersonalDNA, you just answer some questions distributed on 10 pages then it gives you your personal DNA report, I was extremely surprised by the result I couldn't describe my self better it's really very accurate, actually you may learn about your self and understand new things about your self and relations with others.
They described me as concerned creator, go on take the test and tell us how did they describe you or put your DNA in a comment here, and if you have enough courage to link to your PersonalDNA report go for it :)
After you finish the test they will give you a description in two words and another long description about your self and about how you relate to others and they will give you a box shaped DNA like mine shown below and a DNA strip that you could put on your blog or just share with your friends.
And it also helps in understanding coworkers actions and behaviors and help letting individuals of one group understand each others more and communicate better.

Here are 4 things that really make me laugh in the last few days
Relatively positioning an elephant post by Molly about an Eric Meyer phrase that left Molly wondering how do we position an elephant relatively, I suggested in the first comment that it is important to set enough margins around an elephant while positioning it. margin: 0.2 miles;
While surfing HTML Dog searching for some information about dfn tag and definition lists I found that example in the dfn tag page here it is <p><dfn title="Microsoft web browser">Internet Explorer</dfn> is the most popular browser used underwater.</p> that really make me laugh out loud.
Virtual Stan an environment were you can play with Jason Santa Maria make him sad make him happy make him say I'm here now
from inside or outside his box.

The first time I saw a virtual world game was Second life Since then I realized that this kind of games will have a real effect on the real world, I have been playing this game every now and then from about a year and a half ago.
People started to realize the power of the virtual community and that it is an international new market, people in Second Life create virtual objects and advertise for it to sell it for Linden Dollars or even advertise for real products. I have seen people creating objects like clothes, furniture & cars to sell them I even have seen an apple store that sells apple products.
In the last days I saw people collecting donations for Hurricane Katrina relief effort. Linden Dollar is the currency of the game can be exchanged with real Dollars and vice versa.
What are virtual world games?
I don't know them all I only know Second life it is a complete virtual world were you have life and relations with people and homes and jobs in a big 3D virtual world.
